Mental Toughness in Tennis, some thoughts on this…

As many of you may allready know once you have acquired a good skill and athletic base in tennis next comes the game of mental toughness. I find doing such exercises as Yoga, and reading help with mental toughness. Alot of what we are like in our unique lives comes out on the tennis court.
Eg. You might be wanting to achieve highly in whichever cource you may be doing. You have set high goals to reach in your business. There maybe a number of seats you wish to fill in your next seminar/performance/production. The list can go on.
Well, with these types of mind sets there is a true will to succeed, by implementing these positive goals thoughts into tennis, there is no reason why you cannot do well, I mean win. That’s ideal really.
The game of tennis is an ongoing battle. No one just wins, there are winning streaks. Such as Roger Federars winning streak of like 25 matches until Marat Safin beat him in an epic 4 1/2 hour match at the semi finals of The Australian Tennis Open ( What a match).
Losing! None of us want to lose. Hands up who wants to lose. Guaranteed no one will put there hands up. It is imperitive in times that a loss does in fact happen, to look at this as a positive. For how are we to know where to improve or see where our weeknesses are. I believe that without loss there is no win. Whether or not that makes sence to you is another story, but that is what is so great about alot many things. The unknown.
Any way there is a little wright up on Mental Toughness.
